Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Participates in S&OP; process in region, focusing on supply side
- Participates in creation of accurate Supply Plan based on S&OP; process interfacing with GBUs, Sales, Local Subsidiaries
- Participate in demand and capacity comparison focusing on supply side (e.g., delivering inputs for capacity leveling)
- Analyze mid-term supply planning (6-12 months) through internal order management and through exchange with Procurement for external supply
- Execute process with production planning team to ensure short-term (2-4 weeks) supply of required materials incl. interface with Procurement for external materials and escalate possible issues to Regional Demand & Supply (S&OP;) Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training
- 5-7 years of professional experience / industry experience
- Very good command of written and spoken English (position dependent)
