As Senior Atlassian Consultant, you guide how the organization collaborates by translating strategic goals into scalable Atlassian architectures. You partner with stakeholders to shape high-impact Jira, Confluence and JSM solutions, from discovery to global rollout. You will own delivery, continuously evolve the ecosystem, and craft robust workflows suitable for a regulated bank and an agile tech culture.

Responsabilidades Translate business objectives into sophisticated Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to general rollout with full ownership
Identify friction points and propose modernization to boost velocity
Develop advanced customizations using Scriptrunner/Groovy and Atlassian APIs
Design versatile Jira configurations balancing regulatory needs with agility
Provide data-driven reporting and visibility to leadership
Mentor teams on best practices and maintain high-quality internal documentation
Requisitos principales 5+ years hands-on Jira, JSM, and Confluence administration in enterprise settings
Strong ability to work from high-level briefs and drive discovery
Experience in regulated financial services environments is a plus
Deep proficiency in JQL, Automations, Atlassian APIs, Assets, Scriptrunner (Groovy)
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluent English
Expertise in Jira administration, workflow customization, stakeholder management, scalable implementations communication mastery conceptual agility stakeholder management
