Overview In this role you will strengthen the Everyday Banking Payments squad, building high-volume, secure systems that power seamless customer experiences. You collaborate with the Tech Lead to design and deliver features end-to-end, while mentoring junior engineers to uphold code quality. You stay current with tech trends and share findings during GSDD sessions, ensuring high standards across the product through cross-functional teamwork.

Requisitos principales Experience with a JVM language and Spring Boot in large-scale production systems (Kotlin a plus)

Solid understanding of microservice architecture

Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL

Familiarity with modern cloud architecture, preferably AWS

Proactive learner and collaborator

Willingness to give and receive direct feedback
