Overview In this role you will lead Vanderlande's Anti-Corruption and third-party integrity program, driving policy development, risk assessments and due diligence across functions and regions. You will act as the regional compliance lead for South Europe & LATAM, collaborating with stakeholders to apply global standards locally. You'll translate legal requirements into practical guidance, support business decisions, and continuously improve the compliance framework.

The position offers integral impact with regional accountability and a clear focus on integrity risk management and training.

Responsabilidades

Own and advance the Anti-Corruption framework, including policies, procedures and guidance

Lead implementation across functions and regions with risk assessments, controls, training and awareness

Coordinate with the TICO group to align expectations and requirements

Own Business Partner Due Diligence processes and provide documentation/tools

Serve as central expertise for integrity assessments, red flags, and complex due diligence

Translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance for business units

Act as trusted partner to Sales, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Trade Compliance

Act as primary Compliance contact for South Europe & LATAM and share regional insights





Develop and deliver training and guidance on Anti-Corruption and due diligence

Define KPIs, dashboards and reporting for the program and monitor effectiveness

Coordinate follow-up actions from risk assessments and due diligence cases

Contribute to continuous development of the Compliance Management System

Requisitos principales University degree (Master's level or equivalent) in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management or related discipline

Typically 6–10 years of relevant anti-corruption, integrity or compliance experience in international organizations

Proven experience building, implementing and improving an Anti-Corruption program in a multinational environment

Experience with Business Partner Due Diligence and third-party risk mitigation

Strong understanding of corruption risks and control frameworks

Experience operating in multinational and matrixed organizations

Strong judgment and balancing integrity with business realities

Ability to translate compliance needs into practical guidance

Leadership and capability to drive initiatives across regions and cultures
