As Senior CRM Manager, you'll own how we talk to all of them across email, push, and in-app messaging. You'll build the automation and AI layer that keeps it personal at that scale: journeys that adapt to how each family actually plays and learns, audiences and content selected and generated automatically, and experimentation that runs continuously so the programme gets sharper every week.

You will own CRM as a domain end to end: the roadmap, the priorities, and the projects that run across Product, Data and Design. Canvases, journeys, segmentation, Liquid, connected content, API triggered campaigns and webhooks. Design lifecycle automation that replaces manual work. Generating and adapting copy and creative variants, building localised versions, and automating QA so that quality goes up as volume goes up.

Partner with Data to feed better signals into CRM: event design, model outputs, audience syncs, and reporting we can actually trust. Own quality and governance end to end. Copy, rendering, links, deliverability, error handling, and consent and privacy compliance.

We talk to grown-ups about their children,



so the bar here is higher than in most CRM roles. Report on CRM's contribution to conversion and retention, with commentary and recommendations a non-CRM colleague can act on. Bring in what's working elsewhere in lifecycle marketing and AI-assisted CRM, and tell us what we should stop doing.

What we're looking for5+ years in CRM, lifecycle or marketing automation, with hands-on ownership of a marketing automation platform. Canvas, Liquid, connected content, API campaigns, catalogs. Demonstrable experience with automation and AI in a CRM context.

For example: predictive audiences, AI-assisted content and variant generation, automated QA or localisation, self-optimising journeys, or LLM-based workflows connected to your CRM stack. Comfortable with data, hands-on. You write your own SQL, design the events you need, and read a model output critically rather than taking the score at face value.

Experience with warehouse-driven CRM (Databricks, Hightouch or similar) is a strong plus. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email, plus enough technical fluency to work confidently with APIs, SDKs and integrations. A genuine test-and-learn instinct, including healthy scepticism about your own results. Consent, data privacy and deliverability aren't someone else's problem,



particularly when the audience is families.
