Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end CRM tech stack across multiple markets to boost customer engagement and growth. You'll partner with marketing, product and engineering to deliver data-driven automations and scalable CRM solutions. Your work ensures data quality, efficient workflows, and strong vendor management while supporting multi-market expansion. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with a clear impact on growth and customer experience.

Responsabilidades Lead the technical design, implementation, and optimization of CRM systems at scale

Collaborate with marketing, product and engineering to align CRM solutions with business goals

Develop and maintain CRM infrastructure, automate workflows and integrations, and enable personalization

Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance via audits and analysis

Troubleshoot CRM performance issues and optimize system functionality





Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights and recommendations

Manage technical vendors and maintain system documentation

Create in-app messages and email templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Write SQL and Python scripts for segmentation and ETL processes

Oversee multi-market CRM across 9 markets and coordinate with North American engineering teams

Requisitos principales 3+ years of multi-country CRM experience, preferably in ride-hailing, mobility, or food delivery

Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing CRM platforms (Braze) for mobile apps

Proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for CRM automation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

Experience with API integrations and understanding of data structures and microservices

Excellent stakeholder management and English communication skills

Experience or interest in lifecycle marketing or product management is a plus stakeholder management collaboration across functions data-driven decision making
