Overview In this role, you will partner with FP&A; and senior stakeholders to deliver analytical insights that shape planning, forecasting, and company performance. You will produce executive-ready analyses and presentations to support fundraising and the path toward IPO. You'll lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, translating unclear questions into actionable recommendations with measurable impact.

You will build forecasting and scenario models to quantify financial effects, linking product, marketing, and operations to revenue and efficiency. You will collaborate across functions to provide a trusted view of performance and continually improve decision-support frameworks.

Responsabilidades Partner with FP&A; to shape planning, forecasting, and performance insights

Deliver exec-ready analyses and presentations for leadership and fundraising

Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives from problem framing to impact

Develop forecasting, scenario analyses, driver-based models, and opportunity sizing

Link Product, Marketing, and Operations to business performance and key drivers

Deep-dive into performance to identify growth, operational improvements, and risks

Collaborate across Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations,



and Data to ensure a consistent view of metrics

Improve analytical frameworks, metrics, and decision-support models for scalable, data-informed decisions

Requisitos principales 5+ years in Business Analytics, Growth Analytics, Financial Analytics, or similar

Strong SQL and experience handling large, complex datasets

Excellent communication and storytelling to influence VP/C-level stakeholders

Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify problems into actionable insights

Proven experience building forecasting, scenario, and driver-based models

Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives from problem to implementation

Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, curious mindset with business intuition and pragmatic problem solving

Familiarity with AI tools that enhance analytical productivity

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling

Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI strong communication and storytelling influencing senior stakeholders collaborative cross-functional partnering
