Overview As Senior Demand Planner at HARTMANN's Integral Planning Hub, you will drive forecast quality and S&OP; excellence across international markets. You'll collaborate with commercial, finance and operations teams to translate data and insights into reliable demand plans aligned with business goals. bias and KPIs; propose improvement actions Lead Demand Review and S&OP; processes per global planning standards Identify supply risks and bottlenecks with Supply Planning teams to protect customer service Support inventory optimization and obsolescence management through proactive planning Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization across countries/regions Requisitos principales At least 3 years of related experience in supply chain management Experience with SAP IBP or advanced planning systems (plus) Strong MS Office knowledge Digital mindset with knowledge of emerging technologies (RPA, Blockchain, AI, IoT) Operational excellence experience Highly motivated, structured, resilient under pressure Proficient in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment Self-starter Organized and prioritizes work Problem solving and troubleshooting SAP IBP or advanced planning systems MS Office proficiency Knowledge of digital technologies (RPA, Blockchain, AI, IoT)
