Milan or Barcelona ADP is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our product business across Southern Europe. This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of integral platform strategy and local market execution, with accountability for driving growth, adoption, and client value across Spain, Portugal, and Italy. You will operate as the regional product leader, owning product-market fit and business outcomes in your markets while shaping and influencing ADP's global HCM platform.

This role requires strong product judgment, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead in a complex, matrixed, multinational environment.
