End-to-end execution of high-conversion experiences, full customer journey redesigns, and high-performance growth creative, scoped by the design roadmap and delivered in close collaboration with the VP of Design The WON design standard: clean, premium, behavior-driven, detail-obsessed, and fast to ship Adoption of WON's AI-native design systems, including Claude Design and Figma MCP, to move from concept to shippable work faster Automated asset creation built on our Figma component libraries, so variations and scale stop being manual work Contributing to the expansion of WON's design agents and workflows,
