Overview In this role you will own QA across a strategic Marketing & Sales project spanning three squads, driving AI-driven testing and cross-squad knowledge sharing. You will align QA practices with company standards, lead QA strategy execution, and push for zero production bugs. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to improve end-to-end testing and promote AI adoption in test automation.

Promote cross-squad QA knowledge sharing and ensure full project visibility for all QAs.

Align tools and processes with the QA discipline and co-create best-in-class QA processes. Co-lead QA strategy execution and adapt practices per project priorities. Collaborate with Service/Maintenance, QA, and developers to drive production bugs to zero.

Foster a continuous improvement mindset to maximize quality in production.



Improve testing processes and implement end-to-end scenarios for critical processes. Champion AI adoption in QA, promoting AI for test automation and test/use-case generation.

Leverage hands-on experience with agentic AI to accelerate testing across squads. Support QA Leads with strategic vision and cross-platform alignment of quality objectives.

Requisitos principales ~ Master in Computer Engineering ~ English B2 ~5+ years' QA experience with coordination across multiple teams ~8+ years' testing experience ~ Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools in testing ~ Experience promoting AI-driven test automation and AI-assisted test/use-case generation ~ Experience with testing plugins in JIRA, Confluence ~ Experience with WebdriverIO, RestAssured, Playwright ~ Experience in international, multi-team environments ~ Experience with Agile methodologies/SDLC and tools (JIRA, Confluence) clear communication with peers and management proactive and dynamic attitude leadership to motivate cross-disciplinary teams agentic AI in testing AI-driven test automation WebdriverIO
