Senior ERP Finance Functional Expert Location: This role sits within the Finance & LEX stream of Business Solutions team at Opella Digital. We are a dynamic team passionate about accompanying Opella CHC through its most exciting and challenging journey as it seeks to become a fully autonomous business in the nearest future. We are seeking to construct a best‐in‐class digital organisation, where the ERP will be a solid and adaptive backbone of our systems and our supporting functions applications.

Drive the functional transformation of the Finance domain during the global SAP S/4HANA rollout across multiple countries Act as the main Finance point of contact, connecting Finance stakeholders, Digital teams, and project leaders Ensure global process harmonization by applying and protecting the Finance core model and standards Support ERP delivery activities from design to go‐live, including testing phases and hypercare Work closely with cross‐functional teams to ensure Finance solutions integrate smoothly with other business systems Contribute to governance, decision‐making, and continuous improvement of the Finance ERP landscape Experience leading or contributing to SAP Finance and ERP transformation programmes, ideally within complex, international organisations. Strong understanding of end‐to‐end Finance processes, including financial reporting, controlling, treasury, tax,



and core record‐to‐report activities.
