We are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst with analytics skills and business vision to join our Global Business Development Team in our Integral Headquarter (Madrid). You will support the collection, analysis, and control of financial and commercial information, ensuring the correct execution of reporting processes and contributing to the efficiency and automation of analysis tools.



This role will be key in identifying opportunities to improve profitability and optimize costs, working closely with the financial and commercial teams.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting package with key findings and explain variances versus forecast and ABP to the management Business Analysis & Insights Own the end-to-end analysis of the P&L;, ensuring a deep understanding of all revenue, margin, and cost drivers across the business Provide clear insights on performance, risks, and opportunities Proactively investigate deviations and anomalies, going beyond surface-level analysis to distinguish between one-time impacts vs. Continuously improve the quality and depth of P&L; analysis by: Leveraging BI tools and automation to surface insights faster Leverage Excel, Power BI, and emerging tools including AI University degree in Finance or Accounting Experience working with ERP systems and large datasets Advanced English Advanced Excel including pivot tables, Power Query, and financial modelling Experience with Power BI or similar tools Understanding of data modelling and transformation DEOLEO Welcome basket , with some of our key products & brands (Carbonell, Koipe, Hojiblanca) DEOLEO Live Green digital tour with specific focus on bring life our end-to-end processes (from harvest to bottle) Fruit in the office DEOLEO Employee platform discounts with lots of offers to get discount in hotels, supermarkets, car insurance, etc...
