Overview

As Principal Data Analyst at Socialpoint, you will partner with game teams to shape product strategy through data-driven insights. You will drive analytics to boost player engagement and growth, while elevating analytics standards across the company. You'll design experiments, build predictive models, and mentor other analysts. You will champion a data-informed decision culture and help improve data tools and pipelines. This role lets you influence top mobile games from Barcelona.

Responsabilidades Shape data-driven game strategy and influence product roadmaps and monetization

Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance

Design A/B tests and build predictive models (churn, LTV, segmentation) to forecast outcomes





Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through dashboards and storytelling

Collaborate on data tools, pipelines, and promote data literacy and experimentation best practices

Requisitos principales Experience in analytics or data science, preferably gaming or digital products

Strong business sense and product intuition

Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design

Applied statistics background; Bayesian methods a plus

Proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis

Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences

Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker

Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus

Fast learner, meticulous, proactive, pragmatic communication mentoring/leadership cross-functional collaboration
