Overview In this role you will lead mission systems engineering for maritime surveillance and ASW platforms, shaping system architectures and ensuring airworthiness. You will work within the TADMI team to translate customer needs into design solutions and guide suppliers through the full lifecycle. You will balance sensor integration, V-model development, and verification activities to deliver robust mission systems that meet aerospace standards.

Compensaciones / Incentivos Vacation days plus additional days-off Hybrid model of working Health insurance Employee stock options Retirement plan On-site facilities Responsabilidades Lead systems engineering activities in the Mission Systems field Transform customer requirements into design solutions Assess technologies and architectures for cost-benefit impact Specify, integrate, qualify and ensure airworthiness of Mission Systems Lead detailed system design: requirements, modelling, subsystems, ICDs Management and optimization of sensors (Acoustic, MAD, Radar, etc.)



System integration & lifecycle management within V-shape lifecycle Lead V&V; activities including lab validation and flight/testing support Provide technical guidance to specialized suppliers throughout procurement Support services and commercial campaigns related to Mission Systems Requisitos principales Minimum 5 years of experience in ISR Mission Systems or Avionics in aerospace/defense Degree in Aerospace, Electronic, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering (Master's highly preferred) Strong knowledge of sensor integration, mission computing and avionics systems Experience with airworthiness and certification processes Fluent in Spanish and English; French desirable Willingness to travel to support customer, supplier oversight, integration and flight-testing Proactiveness Assertiveness under pressure Problem-solving for complex technical issues ASW & Underwater Detection: Acoustic Systems, MAD Mission Computing & Avionics Integration: HPC, embedded hardware, real-time, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, Ethernet/AFDX Aeronautical Cybersecurity and DO-326A / ED-202A compliance
