Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to scale AI/ML capabilities

Advanced degree (Ph.D. or MS) in a relevant field

12+ years in digital transformation, AI/ML, or advanced analytics with leadership experience

Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives

Strong expertise in ML, MLOps, data platforms, and model lifecycle management

Experience building cross-functional partnerships with IT, business leaders, and external stakeholders

Strategic mindset with ability to translate vision into execution and measurable outcomes

Excellent communication and influencing skills across executive and technical audiences
