Overview In this role you assess the financial health and risk exposure of strategic suppliers and business partners, guiding early warning and turnaround decisions. You will lead risk assessments during restructurings and coordinate cross-functional crisis plans to protect supply continuity. You will build market intelligence and risk scenarios to support strategic sourcing and business continuity, and provide executive-level recommendations to senior leadership.

Identify early signs of financial distress and deterioration

Lead risk assessments during restructuring, bankruptcy, or turnaround

Coordinate cross-functional crisis plans to protect supply continuity

Develop market intelligence on industries, commodities, suppliers, and regions

Monitor macroeconomic, geopolitical, regulatory, and competitive developments

Create risk scenarios, forecasts,



and mitigation strategies for sourcing and continuity

Provide executive-level recommendations and reporting to leadership and governance committees

Requisitos principales A proven track record in supplier financial risk assessment and restructuring or insolvency situations

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management or related field

At least 10 years of experience in finance, risk management, market intelligence, strategic procurement, corporate finance or restructuring

Excellent skills in financial performance analysis and scenario modelling or forecasting

Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder influence with a collaborative approach

Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and external financial stakeholders

Experience in multinational and complex business environments

Strong capabilities in crisis management, executive reporting and decision-making under uncertainty strategic thinking stakeholder influence collaboration financial performance analysis scenario modelling/forecasting risk management
