Key Accountabilities Define and drive the go-to-market strategy for digital consulting offerings across regions and industries Identify market opportunities, customer drivers, and digital transformation needs,



translating them into scalable solutions and business strategies Develop and evolve technology partnerships to strengthen the dss+ digital ecosystem Drive adoption of consultative, value-based digital selling approaches across sales teams Act as a senior subject matter expert for the digital portfolio, providing technical and strategic guidance across engagements Lead, coach, and develop regional consulting teams to strengthen digital capabilities and delivery quality Mentor and support sales and delivery teams in shaping opportunities and executing projects Engage and influence senior client stakeholders, including technical and business leadership Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define and strengthen dss+ digital value proposition Capture insights and feedback from projects and clients to drive continuous improvement of offerings Contribute to thought leadership, leveraging data, analytics, and insights to position dss+ in the market Experience 8+ years of experience driving digital transformation in general, B2B environments Experience in consulting, digital strategy, or technology-enabled transformation Experience working with senior client stakeholders and leadership teams Exposure to multiple industries and digital transformation journeys Capabilities Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with ability to translate market needs into scalable solutions Deep understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and transformation trends Experience with data analytics, digital platforms, or software-driven solutions Familiarity with end-to-end digital transformation journeys Education & Languages Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Fluency in English required; Collaboration with global experts and cross-functional teams Competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits Flexible working policies
