Overview In this role you will design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure to keep general sites connected and secure. You will work with a diverse team to scale and harden our data centers, remote offices, and cloud connectivity, tackling complex LAN/WAN/Wi‐Fi/security/load‐balancing challenges. You will own incidents and projects end‐to‐end and contribute to standards and documentation.

This is a hands‐on role at the intersection of networking and security with opportunities to automate and learn continuously.

Responsabilidades Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across layers 1–7

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in complex environments (LAN, WAN, wireless, security, load balancing)

Deploy, configure, and maintain network devices (hardware, software, connectivity)

Own network incidents and projects end‐to‐end, including scope, timelines, and deliverables

Configure monitoring, alerting,



and automated escalations

Participate in on‐call rotations and ensure timely issue resolution

Contribute to standards, documentation, change management, and mentoring within the team

Requisitos principales 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience

Hands‐on experience with at least 2 of: Cisco switches/routers, A10 load balancers, Palo Alto firewalls (incl. L7 DPI), Imperva WAF

Experience with network design and planning for enterprise environments

Advanced troubleshooting/root‐cause analysis including data capture across LAN/WAN/Wi‐Fi/security/load‐balancing

Capacity planning experience (bandwidth analysis, facilities, interdependencies)

Vendor certifications (Cisco CCNP/CCDP or higher) a plus

Hands‐on experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, GRE, Route-based, DMVPN)

Hands on experience with routing, switching, and security

Hands on experience with SDWAN and Wireless Technologies collaboration across global teams problem‐solving and analytical thinking mentoring and knowledge sharing
