Company Overview Our client is a general company that specializes in the production and distribution of health and wellness products. They are looking to hire a Senior Operation Manager that's able to manage the overall operations.

Inventory Management: Maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking and minimize write-offs. Coordinating with authorities such as customs, tax departments, and relevant ministries. Managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, ensuring healthy cash flow, and optimizing expenditures for cost-effectiveness.

Preparing and submitting reports in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Enhancing customer experience by implementing best practices, processes, and staff training.

Strategic Planning:



Engaging in long-term planning and initiatives to align with company goals. Bachelor's degree in operations management, accounting, finance, business management or related fields or equivalent education level. Knowledge in inventory management and prior experience in handling importation matters is an added advantage.

Good understanding of general finance and adept in budget management, cash-flow management and cost-efficient strategies. Strong leadership qualities with a responsive attitude, the ability to think on their feet, and quick problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
