Overview In this role, you will drive cross-portfolio activation initiatives within Vodafone Business, coordinating across Product, Sales, Marketing, and partners to turn strategic activation plans into practical deliverables. You will manage delivery plans, activation materials, and governance updates to ensure markets have the tools and guidance they need. You'll navigate a matrix environment, tracking progress and capturing learnings to improve future activations.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with a strong go-to-market focus and cross-functional collaboration at scale.

Responsabilidades Coordinate defined workstreams with activities, owners, deadlines and dependencies

Maintain programme documentation including project plans and status trackers

Prepare activation playbooks, market readiness packs, enablement materials and communications





Engage OpCos and partner teams to gather feedback and track readiness

Coordinate meetings and governance, capturing notes, actions and next steps

Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks or gaps to leadership

Support reporting with dashboards and data-driven updates

Capture lessons learned and suggest improvements to tools and templates
