Overview As a Growth-focused strategist in Supply Operations, you drive tutor behaviour change and tool adoption at Preply. You'll own end-to-end roadmaps, coordinate multi-channel campaigns, and align cross-functional teams to launch policies and programmes that empower tutors and improve learner outcomes. You'll translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measure impact with data.

and learning teams Collaborate with Product Managers and channel owners to translate direction into a detailed roadmap Provide senior stakeholder recommendations and drive initiatives to measurable results Define success metrics with data and narrate the reasons behind movements in numbers Drive outcomes around tutor adoption, engagement for launches, and sentiment/trust with Preply Requisitos principales Go-to-market or adoption work across multiple channels (hands-on) Track record of driving measurable behaviour change among large audiences 4–6 years in growth, lifecycle, GTM, or audience engagement Strong orchestration instinct for complex, sequenced, multi-channel plans Independent judgment and ability to influence senior stakeholders Ability to structure and manage fast-moving, multi-stream projects Comfort using data to size opportunities, set targets, and explain results Excellent written and verbal communication with clear tone Strong written and verbal communication Cross-functional collaboration Judgment and influence without direct authority Go-to-market strategy Multi-channel campaign planning and execution Data-driven measurement and analytics
