Overview In this role you will help scale Factorial's AI-driven Talent Domain, building tools for managers and HR to recruit, engage, train, and develop employees. You will focus on designing architectures and multi-agent workflows that enable reliable, scalable AI features. You'll work closely with an engineering team delivering product-grade AI that moves beyond experimentation. Responsabilidades Design system architectures and high-level prompts for multi-agent AI features

Review and validate agent outputs, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability

Orchestrate multiple AI agents to produce coherent feature outputs

Define and experiment with custom workflows, sharing findings with the team





Translate complex technical decisions into understandable terms for non-developers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into cloud-ready environments

Requisitos principales 4+ years in software engineering with a track record or strong curiosity in shipping AI features

Experience shipping AI-powered features; ability to evaluate production results over just building

Proficiency in Ruby on Rails & React

Ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-coders

Comfort reviewing agentic workflows and making informed LLM architecture tradeoffs

Experience integrating AI models into scalable, cloud-native environments

Ability to guide teammates transitioning from deterministic to probabilistic thinking strong collaboration clear communication problem-solving mindset
