Overview In this role you will help scale Factorials AI-driven Talent Domain, building tools for managers and HR to recruit, engage, train, and develop employees. You will focus on designing architectures and multi-agent workflows that enable reliable, scalable AI features. You'll work closely with an engineering team delivering product-grade AI that moves beyond experimentation.
