Barcelona, Spain | Product Management Opportunity MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager – AI-Powered Marketplace to join a fast-growing European technology company building an AI-powered workforce platform for the healthcare sector. The company's core marketplace enables hospitals and healthcare organizations to cover workforce needs through verified professionals, while AI already supports operational workflows such as matching, shift recommendations, support automation, and candidate interactions. Define product priorities based on user behavior, operational data, and measurable business outcomes.

Measure product performance and continuously improve marketplace outcomes.

Fluent

Spanish. This role is best suited to a product leader who wants to stay close to users, data, engineering,

and operational reality. You should be comfortable making product decisions directly, testing them with users, and measuring their impact rather than operating primarily as a project coordinator or delivery manager.

The company is specifically looking for someone who has already put AI agents into production workflows and can discuss what worked, what failed, and how human oversight and product safeguards were handled. The exact on-site versus hybrid working arrangement is still being confirmed. Candidates should therefore consider this a Barcelona-based role rather than a remote-first opportunity.
