Overview In this role you will lead Live-ops and monetization strategy for Zyngas live game portfolio. You will own the live-ops vision, planned campaigns, and cross-functional execution to optimize player value. You'll design experiments and analyze results to drive product decisions and improve key metrics, working closely with features teams and stakeholders.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with a clear impact on growth and player engagement. You will join a collaborative environment at Zynga, shaping live experiences for a integral audience.

Responsabilidades Create the Live-ops vision and roadmap and execute promotional campaigns from design to launch

Develop communication channels, campaign creative, QA at launch, monitoring,



and post-launch optimization

Analyze monetization strategy including pricing and segmentation to maximize value

Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests, and translate insights into live product decisions

Monitor key metrics (ARPU, conversion, funnel, churn) and drive continuous improvement

Develop best practices to drive operational excellence in a live-ops team

Coordinate with features team to align live-ops needs with new feature development

Requisitos principales Proven track record as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong live-ops cadence

Experience in a volatile, fast-paced environment and adaptability

Good communication skills and experience aligning with stakeholders communication adaptability stakeholder management live-ops monetization strategy
