haddock is the market leader solution for point of control in restaurants, handling all back-office vital operations like product management, inventories, purchases, price tracking, document conciliation, bank conciliation, paychecks, clocking in/out, P&L; reports, etc. We're hiring because our ambitions are increasing: more customers, more AI automation, and a relentless focus on delivering value at scale. At haddock, a PM is an uncertainty resolver who bridges the gap between complex AI technology and real-world restaurant needs.

As we scale, we are looking for someone who has already lived the operational challenges, metrics, and business dynamics of a B2B SaaS. You won't be writing specs: You'll talk to customers, look at the data, and collaborate with engineers to decide what not to build. You'll spend a significant part of your time prototyping and validating ideas (think Peter Yang: idea in the morning, prototype at noon, customer validation by lunch).

Agile Execution: We apply a Lean model (prototype, launch, learn).



A 3-day prototype in Figma, Magicpath, or NoCode tools delivers more value to us than a 3-week spec. Align product discovery with business goals, making data-driven and user-centered decisions.

Full Ownership: Responsible for the entire lifecycle of an initiative—from the first Why to monitoring its adoption and impact.

Lead the Bar: Demand excellence in the user experience. 3-5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS: You know what it takes to drive adoption, retain business customers, and build intuitive workflows for complex B2B systems. ~ A mix of analytical/data skills and design/UX intuition.
