Senior Product Owner Madrid Solvex Solutions Senior Product Owner | Network & Infrastructure Platforms We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner / Platform Product Manager to lead the planning, prioritisation, and delivery of network, infrastructure, and hardware platform services within a complex global environment. Lead/support SAFe PI Planning and coordinate across Agile Release Trains. Manage the complete hardware/platform lifecycle — deployment, maintenance, upgrades, releases, and retirement.

Oversee QA, testing, validation, verification, and UAT. Manage stakeholders across business, engineering, infrastructure, and global delivery teams.

Senior Product

Owner/Product Manager experience within networking, infrastructure, hardware, or technical platforms. Strong hands‐on SAFe, including PI Planning and ART coordination. Hands‐on Jira experience for backlog management, planning, tracking, and reporting. Strong understanding of enterprise network and infrastructure platforms.

Experience coordinating QA, testing, validation, and UAT. Strong stakeholder management within global, cross‐functional environments. Global engineering or Operational Technology (OT) environments. Cybersecurity, industrial networks, or critical infrastructure exposure.

Serve as the global Technology PT Product Owner for Learning Management technologies (specifically Cornerstone on Demand), effectively translating complex business requirements into standardized technical solutions.

Manage Lifecycle & Governance:



Direct the entire system lifecycle‐including upgrades, system replacements, and retirements‐while strictly adhering to established change management processes.

Shape Product Roadmaps: Partner closely with the Global Learning Solutions (GLS) team to define product vision, align roadmaps, manage feature backlogs, and prioritise system enhancements.

Ensure Compliance & Data Stewardship: Act as the dedicated Business Data Steward, ensuring unwavering GxP compliance, strict data governance, and adherence to global quality policies. Lead Cross‐Functional Teams: Mobilize and lead high‐performing, cross‐functional teams spanning global Learning departments, business stakeholders, IT partners, and validation functions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage deviations and CAPAs, and oversee master data validation within validated quality systems.

Manage the integration and structural nuances of the learning ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow, reporting, and interface connectivity across global manufacturing and commercial sites. You possess a strong understanding of database management, data analytics, and software validation within validated or controlled pharmaceutical/healthcare environments (GMP, FDA, GxP).

You are strategically and academically qualified: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science,



or a related field (or an equivalent qualification like a Federal Diploma of Higher Education) combined with a proven track record in formulating long‐term computer system strategies.

You are an Agile collaborator and communicator: You are highly skilled at utilizing Agile methodologies and possess exceptional communication skills to convey technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non‐technical audiences. Base salary range:228,900.00 - 425,100.00 PLN gross per year (~19,075.00 - 35,425.00 PLN gross per month) based on an employment contract (UoP). (candidates in other locations will receive a local market offer). Annual target bonus:20% based on individual and business performance.
