Senior Software Engineer, AI Agents at IFS in Madrid, MD, ES Full time on site Company Description You've shipped Go (or Java or similar languages) in a production backend (be specific about which, and how much). You've worked with a service‐to‐service orchestration tool such as n8n, Temporal, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi. You've operated an API gateway (Kong, Tyk, or similar) in production.

You've built or used an evaluation framework to validate AI output quality before it shipped — not just spot‐checked it. If your AI experience is mainly demos, personal projects, or wiring a single LLM call into an app, this role is above that level. Build the security layer with our security team: resistance to prompt injection, personal data handling, guardrails, audit and data residency.

Experience with S2S integration, preferably using technologies such as n8n or Temporal, or alternatively MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi.

Experience with Go and Python.

Experience with production‐grade GenAI solutions, including RAG pipelines (hybrid retrieval, embeddings) and agentic systems (agent orchestration, tool usage).

Experience with MCP development and plan‐based agentic software development.

Experience with DevOps and cloud‐native infrastructure, including Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with API gateways and API products, preferably with platforms such as Kong or Tyk. Up to date with the latest developments in GenAI and AI‐based software development.
