Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end Blue Yonder solution design and implementation for medium to large supply chain transformation programs. You will collaborate with client business and IT teams, mentor junior members, and align product capabilities with customer needs. You'll influence architecture during key project meetings and partner with Product Management to identify future enhancements.

This position offers growth, hands‐on modernization of SCM processes, and cross-functional leadership across Europe.

Compensaciones / Incentivos Lead the end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder products across medium to large programs

Collaborate with customer business and IT teams throughout all project phases

Mentor and provide leadership to functional teams during implementation

Act as a functional/industry expert in meetings with Project Manager, customers, and users

Coordinate with Product Management on trends and future functionality/features

Mentor junior associates within Blue Yonder





Collaborate with pre-sales to assess project workload and staffing needs

Responsabilidades +8 years of industry experience in Supply Chain/Retail (e.g., Softline, Grocery, Wholesale, FMCG, CPG)

Strong understanding of planning and retail processes (demand management, supply chain optimization, replenishment/fulfilment, category management, assortment optimization)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Hands‐on experience with modern SCM applications (BlueYonder/i2/Manugistics, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility, o9, Quintiq or similar)

Business fluency in English (spoken and written)

Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe

Right to live and work in the European Union
