Overview In this role you drive sponsorship growth for Fever's Originals and Official Partnerships from Madrid, collaborating with marketing, sales and events to build winning proposals. You identify and engage sponsors, craft compelling packages, and negotiate deals to expand the portfolio. You oversee activation and deliverables, maintain strong sponsor relationships, and report on ROI and performance.

This position combines creative strategy with data-driven decision making in a fast-growing, collaborative agency-like environment.

Identify and engage potential sponsors to establish long-term relationships and craft sponsorship packages

Drive revenue growth through sponsorship strategies,



negotiations and upselling

Oversee execution of sponsorship agreements, activations and experiential opportunities

Monitor sponsor satisfaction and gather feedback to maintain relationships

Evaluate sponsorship performance and provide ROI-focused reports to stakeholders

Requisitos principales 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales

Strong network of direct client and agency contacts across major industry verticals

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Entrepreneurial can-do attitude and ability to work independently

Balancing creative thinking with data-driven decision making

Skilled at crafting visually compelling slide decks and polished pitch materials

Fluency in Spanish and English

Based in Madrid or willing to relocate presentation and communication entrepreneurial mindset self-starter in ambiguous environments slide deck design pitch material creation data-driven ROI evaluation
