Join Preply as the owner of tutor acquisition, building scalable, end-to-end channels in a fast-moving space. You will work across Marketing, Expansion, Product, and Sales to craft acquisition engines that scale globally. The role blends hands-on channel growth with cross-functional collaboration to expand into new tutor categories. You'll shape how we attract tutors, optimize the funnel, and drive impact for millions of learners and tutors.

Responsabilidades Lead and optimize SEM and paid social campaigns for tutor acquisition with cross-functional marketing support.

Collaborate with SEO and CRM to boost organic acquisition and improve lead-to-tutor conversion.

Own job board strategy end-to-end across LinkedIn and other boards, including sourcing and performance tracking.

Identify, test, and launch new channels and partnerships (e.g., referrals, affiliate) without a pre-existing playbook.





Define and evolve the acquisition KPI framework and use data to guide budget and channel mix.

Build scalable playbooks and collaborate with cross-functional teams for future growth.

Requisitos principales 5+ years in growth/performance marketing or demand generation with hands-on budget ownership (SEM and/or paid social).

CRM fluency and funnel metrics (conversion rate, CAC, LTV/CAC) to build a KPI framework.

Proven track record of building and scaling a channel or process from scratch.

Comfort operating with ambiguity and owning channels independently or with central marketing support.

Growth mindset with strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Data/analytics proficiency (Excel/Sheets minimum; SQL or BI tool a plus).
