Overview

As Team Leader for the Airbnb Homes Supply program, you will drive the commercial engine across multiple EMEA markets. You'll oversee the full sales cycle, lead outbound pipeline generation, and run high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers. You will build and scale a multilingual sales team and collaborate with Airbnb's Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting and outreach.

Compensaciones / Ventajas Salary: 35.000 gross/year

Bonus: up to 5.000 gross/year

Requisitos principales 8+ years of experience as a Team Leader

English Proficiency: C1

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Strong people, leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Good presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

Team player with leadership and collaboration abilities

Consultative sales knowledge (BANT) is a plus

High emotional intelligence
