Overview As Senior Product Manager in Clarivates AI Innovation Team, you will shape the strategy and roadmap for AI within the Life Sciences & Healthcare portfolio. You will partner with product, engineering, and data science to deliver scalable, production-ready AI features and drive adoption across R&D;, Commercial, and MedTech. You will translate industry needs into high-value AI solutions and help standardize AI capabilities for customer-facing products.

This role offers the chance to influence enterprise-grade AI at scale and contribute to responsible AI governance and observability.

Responsabilidades Define and drive the AI strategy and innovation roadmap for LS&H; portfolio Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to design and deliver scalable AI solutions Translate business challenges into AI opportunities with clear requirements and success criteria Enable faster transition from ideas to production via reusable service patterns Drive consistency in AI design, standardization (e.g., MCP patterns),



and customer exposure Oversee evolution of Clarivate AI Platform and LLM Playground to meet business needs Define observability, tracing, and evaluation capabilities for governance and responsible AI Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize high-impact use cases and support adoption Requisitos principales 7+ years in Product Management in technology-driven environments, preferably with data products Experience in Life Sciences with strong domain expertise to translate needs into AI solutions 5+ years building AI/ML or GenAI-driven products with hands-on experience with LLMs and enterprise AI features Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent work experience MBA or Product Management certification is a plus Proficiency with Jira and Confluence Understanding of agentic workflows and prompt engineering; familiarity with core engineering concepts Cross-functional collaboration Strategic thinking Stakeholder management GenAI and LLM development experience AI platform design and production readiness Prompt engineering and agentic workflows
