We are looking for a Senior TX Network Technical Lead to join our teams and work with a leading client in the Telecommunications sector. Lead the operation and maintenance activities of Transport Networks (TX) within a telecommunications environment.

Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network faults and service degradations. Assess the technical and operational impact of network solutions, configurations, and complex changes prior to implementation. Monitor network performance and service quality through monitoring, alarm management, and performance analysis tools.

Provide technical leadership within complex multi-platform and multi-vendor network environments. University degree,



Higher Vocational Training, or equivalent experience in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or Data Communications. Minimum 5 years of experience in Transport Network (TX) operations and maintenance.

Strong experience in Telecommunications NOC/Back Office environments. Previous experience as a Technical Lead, SME, or technical reference for engineering teams. Strong ability to assess the technical and operational impact of network solutions, configurations, and changes.

High level of autonomy in analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving. Advanced knowledge of routers, switches, and remote access systems for network equipment. Advanced knowledge of network monitoring, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
