At Eurofirms Services, we’re looking for a senior professional with strong aesthetic vision , strategic thinking , and a passion for digital design to lead the general watch face ecosystem, with a special focus on Europe. You’ll help build and grow a vibrant creative community of designers and artists, elevating content quality, user experience, and ecosystem impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead ecosystem strategy : define rules, processes, incentives, and a sustainable growth model for creators and content.
- Empower creators : understand their needs, improve tools and workflows, and enhance retention and creative output.
- Design inspiring campaigns : contests, themed challenges, missions, and co-branded programs that boost participation and user growth.
- Ensure quality & governance : maintain a healthy, compliant, and high‑quality content ecosystem.

What we’re looking for

- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media , or related fields.
- Experience in content ecosystems , creator platforms, or design communities.
- Strong aesthetic sense and passion for digital art, UI/UX, and creative trends.
- Ability to collaborate with product, design, marketing, and local teams.
- Fluent English; European languages (ES/FR/IT) are a plus.





Nice-to-haves

- Background in digital art, motion, generative design, or UI/UX .
- Connections within European creative communities.
- Experience running design contests, IP collaborations, or premium brand partnerships.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to optimize based on creator/content insights.

Conditions of the Position

- Contract Type: Permanent contract with us.
- Location: Madrid, 100% on-site.
- Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:30 – 18:30
- Friday: 9:30 – 16:00
- Salary Range: 25,000 – 30,000 € per year.
- Benefits:
- 200 € per month in restaurant card.
