Overview In this role you own and grow Preply's presence on TikTok and Snapchat, shaping strategy and hands-on content. You'll collaborate across teams to bring creative, culturally relevant content to life at a integral scale. You'll monitor performance, spot trends, and continuously improve ideas to drive engagement. This is an opportunity to influence brand storytelling and learner-toc tutor-connected moments in a fast-moving, human-led, AI-enhanced education company.

Responsabilidades Own end-to-end TikTok and Snapchat strategy and execution, from planning to performance review.

Ideate and create scroll-stopping content; actively participate in production when relevant.

Build and manage content calendars, coordinate shoots, ensure on-time delivery aligned with brand.

Manage and grow communities through comments, DMs,



and proactive engagement with on-brand copy.

Track performance, extract insights, and optimize content based on results.

Spot trends, test formats, and experiment with new approaches.

Collaborate with Employer Brand, Product, Influencer teams and external creators on content.

Requisitos principales 8+ years of experience in organic social media and community management on TikTok and Snapchat

Deep platform knowledge and trend awareness

Experience as influencer or online creator is a plus

Creative mindset with strong project management, data-driven thinking, and proactive hands-on approach

Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, German, Italian, French) are a plus
