Overview

As Software Architect for T&A;, you will design, build, and maintain a Python automation framework used across programs. You lead end-to-end automation lifecycles, define software architecture, and ensure scalable, high-quality tooling. You collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD and maintain documentation and standards. Your work accelerates automation maturity within the Multisystem Design Office and supports cross-program digitalization.

Responsabilidades Design, implement, and maintain a Python-based automation framework used across programs

Lead end-to-end automation lifecycle from requirements to deployment

Define software design principles, patterns, and architectural guidelines

Develop production-grade Python code and Shell scripts for system automation

Design Docker-based build environments and integrate with Jenkins CI/CD

Promote automated testing (unit/integration/regression) and CI practices

Collaborate with internal customers and other DevOps teams to translate needs into software





Document architectural decisions, APIs, deployment procedures, and traceability

Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance automation ecosystem

Requisitos principales Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar

3+ years in software development and architecture, esp. automation/tools

Advanced Python programming with OO design and modular architectures

Strong Shell scripting (Bash/PowerShell)

Proficiency with Docker and containerized environments

Experience designing/maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins)

Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, API design, versioning

Focus on code quality, testing, and maintainability

Excellent communication and stakeholder management, customer-oriented

Ability to work autonomously while aligning with team goals
