Senior Software Developer - Full Stack

About the opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join an international engineering team working on the development and evolution of software solutions within the industrial automation and robotics environment .

You will be part of a multicultural technology team working closely with colleagues across different international locations. The role combines hands-on software development with technical collaboration, problem solving and continuous improvement of the product and engineering practices.

What will you do?

- Develop and evolve software products, ensuring high-quality, scalable and maintainable code .
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment and production support.
- Take part in technical analysis and architectural discussions , helping translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Apply software engineering best practices around performance, security, testing and code quality .
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to automated testing practices.
- Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of new functionalities.
- Contribute to improving development processes, tools and ways of working within the engineering team.
- Share technical knowledge and contribute to the definition of coding standards and engineering best practices .
- Take an active role in identifying opportunities to improve the team's technical capabilities and development environment.

What are we looking for?




- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, ideally working as a Full Stack Developer.
- Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or a related field , or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership and initiative.
- Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies and challenge existing approaches.
- Professional level of English , as you will work in an international environment.

Nice to have Experience with some of the following will be considered a plus:
- .NET / C#
- Graph-based mathematics or algorithms
- Software emulation or simulation
- UI performance optimisation
- Agile software development methodologies
- Industrial automation or robotics
- Warehouse automation / intralogistics
- Material handling technologies
