Overview In this role you help shape the future of observability by building scalable backend services and AI-enabled workflows. You join the Service Architecture Intelligence team, contributing to a high‐scale data pipeline and AI-powered development tooling. You work closely with product teams to influence roadmaps and implement automation for deployment and operations.

Responsabilidades Build, maintain, and scale backend services and tools using modern engineering practices

Pioneer, test, and integrate AI agents and AI-powered workflows into engineering operations (codegen, automated testing, architecture planning, production troubleshooting)

Collaborate with product and sibling teams to shape product specifications and roadmap





Create automation and tooling to improve scalability and deployment

Participate in an agile DevOps environment with on-call rotations

Champion continuous workflow innovation and evaluate AI agent capabilities

Foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing

Requisitos principales Distributed systems experience in production

Strong software development experience in OOP languages, with Java as a must

Familiarity with asynchronous programming (streams, event-based flows, task queues, message queues)

Experience using and integrating AI coding assistants and AI agents in engineering workflows

Ability to deliver high-quality production code in an Agile environment

Collaborative, team-focused mindset with shared code ownership
