Overview In this role, you will help build and automate our development ecosystem to deliver mission-critical software safely and efficiently. You'll contribute to core programs and platform initiatives, supporting our internal PaaS roadmap and enabling self-service deployment for developers. You'll design robust CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and create test environments to accelerate delivery at scale.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on development velocity and system reliability. and internal tooling for internal PaaS to enable self-service deployment Create automated virtualized test environments using Docker/Podman and KVM/QEMU Automate infrastructure deployment with IaC and scripting (Bash/Python) for one-command environments Optimize virtual network architectures and middleware (DDS) for high-throughput, real-time communications Produce technical documentation including platform architectures and self-service guides Requisitos principales Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience At least 5 years in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken) Linux system administration, network configuration, Python/Bash scripting Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Analytical and problem-solving abilities Team spirit Ability to work in international and multicultural environments Linux Systems Administration Network configuration Python/Bash scripting
