At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for an experienced People & Culture Solution Consultant to lead the design and evolution of our integral HR technology landscape. Define and maintain the architectural vision, standards, and roadmap for the People & Culture digital landscape. Design and govern integrations between Workday, payroll systems, ERP platforms, and enterprise applications.

Establish architecture standards for security, privacy, RBAC, APIs, middleware, and data governance. 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise environments. ~ Experience with cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, middleware, API-first architectures, and event-driven design. ~ Strong understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and role-based access control. ~ Professional fluency in English.

Experience in multinational organizations and global deployments. Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.

Experience with enterprise integration and middleware platforms. Since 2015,
