Overview In this role you will lead the technical direction for our cross-platform design system while guiding a multidisciplinary engineering team. You will ensure accessible, high-quality frontend and mobile solutions, oversee release processes, and balance delivery with technical debt. You contribute to agile, secure software delivery within Schwarz Digits and the wider Schwarz Group, shaping a scalable design system used across teams.

Responsabilidades Lead the cross-platform design system and architectural decisions

Manage, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team

Drive squad velocity and monitor sprint KPIs with Product Owner alignment

Embed accessibility standards (WCAG, native mobile) into core components

Oversee app release lifecycles, store submissions,



and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane)

Requisitos principales 3+ years directly managing software engineering teams

Proven capability to make sound technical decisions in complex environments

Experience across frontend and mobile technologies (React, React Native, Swift, Kotlin)

Understanding of mobile/complex software lifecycles, release automation, and CI/CD pipelines leadership and people development ability to foster collaboration and influence strong communication and probing questions to guide decisions
