As a Sr Business Development Representative , you will collaborate closely with your Account Executives to drive growth in the Spanish market.





Own and manage your territory strategy for Spanish companies Consistently generate qualified pipeline tied to commission goals Contribute to team initiatives around process improvement, new outreach strategies, data enrichment, and CRM quality. Fluent in Spanish and good English level (B2) ~Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) ~ Executive‐level storytelling and communication skills ~ Company Overview UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work.
