For more than 25 years, we have been working with leading companies to develop technology that makes the world a better place.A cutting-edge, diverse and international centre awaits you!CIDETEC will select a candidate to join its Administration area.Your contributionYou will form part of a state-of-the-art research centre geared to sustainability and the circular economy, which has helped electrify Spain’s roads and is now working towards 100% future sustainability.Your work will be focused on:- Accounting and financial management:- Recording invoices received from suppliers and creditors.- Performing and monitoring periodic bank reconciliations.- Analytical accounting and project order management:- Reviewing internal orders for proper allocation to project analytical accounting.- Active internal communication with different departments to claim and follow up on pending order requests for correct project allocation.- Interlocution and fluid communication with suppliers for various administrative procedures and incidents.- Communication with external advisors for possible accounting/tax doubts.- Management of subsidy justifications and audits- Support in preparing the documentation required for public subsidy justification.- Collaboration in the complete process of preparing annual accounts and support during internal and external audit processes.- Optimization and continuous improvement:- Analysis and identification of improvement opportunities, proposing task automation, optimization of internal procedures,
