Experteer Overview In this role you own a specific business data domain (Sales, Procurement, or Finance) within our Global Product Data Management team and ensure data quality and governance across our European organization. You will partner with stakeholders to define data requirements and drive data-driven decision-making, while leading continuous improvement of data processes. The position combines analytics with strong stakeholder management to take ownership of complex data flows and standards. - Own and manage a defined business data domain (Sales, Procurement, or Finance) with focus on data quality and governance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and support data-driven decisions
- Drive continuous improvement of data processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and implement best practices
- Advise on data standards, policies, and governance across the organization
- Monitor quality, consistency, and usability of critical data
- Build relationships and manage priorities in a dynamic environmentResponsabilidades




- 3-5+ years in Data Management, Master Data, Business Operations, Data Governance, Business Analysis, Procurement, Finance, or related field
- Experience working with business data and understanding its impact on operational and commercial processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with root-cause analysis and solutioning
- Proven track record of process improvement and structured ways of working
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, with ability to challenge and influence
- Experience with databases, data analysis tools, data visualization platforms, or data governance frameworks
- Professional proficiency in English mandatory
- Spanish is a plus but not required
- Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Purchasing Operations, or related functions
