Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the Madrid Center of Excellence to drive AI-augmented delivery and build deep technical, product, and AI expertise across Celonis Services in EMEA/JAPAC. You shape both innovation (new assets, AI-led delivery) and delivery operations (capacity, utilization, quality) through a team of managers and senior engineers. You will align the CoE strategy with global programs and cross-functional partners to scale reusable assets and product knowledge. Your impact spans delivering measurable productivity, customer satisfaction, and talent development in a fast-growing enterprise environment.

• Drive AI-augmented delivery transformation of the CoE (Apollo/Atlas, agentic delivery, reusable assets) and share best practices regionally.
• Own a balanced CoE scoreboard covering utilization, productivity, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and asset generation.
• Define and reinforce CoE strategy, including roles, hiring plans, enablement, and success metrics.
• Develop CoE Domains aligned to business directions, expanding domain knowledge and expert teams.
• Oversee CS Project Office for resource management, utilization, capacity planning, PSA, and delivery excellence in the region.
• Maintain subcontracting governance and manage centrally located Subco talent.




• Manage health of the EMEA CoE (engagement, morale, retention, productivity, enablement).
• Act as day-to-day people manager for managers and senior engineers, investing in career development and engagement.
• Collaborate with General Programs and CCO initiatives to create repeatable assets and methodologies.
• Work with Product, Sales and Value Engineering to promote customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience with leadership experience; senior services leadership in a SaaS environment preferred.
• Deep understanding of Celonis products and platform; hands-on knowledge preferred.
• Post-sales Celonis experience.
• Proven ability to develop senior talent and managers.
• Track record of high performance against targets and KPIs.
• Experience growing AI-augmented delivery and scaling tools/methodologies.
