Описание:- Glovo is a local delivery platform within the Delivery Hero Group, operating in around 65 countries and delivering goods quickly and conveniently to customers.Задачи:- Support the modelling and review of order payment structures that improve rider engagement and operational efficiency; - Query large datasets with SQL to identify trends, answer business questions, and build an analytical foundation for strategic decisions; - Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a concise and convincing way; - Support the design andexecution of experiments that validate setting changes before integral rollout; - Incorporate AI tools, including agents, copilots, and LLM-assisted analysis, into daily workflows; - Track KPIs, identify anomalies, and make data-driven adjustments; - Consider the rider perspective to keep models fair, locally relevant, and operationally sound.Требования:- Recently completed a degree or master's in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field; - Write SQL queries independently to pull and filter data, join tables,
