Overview In this role you will manage daily freight movements into and out of EU fulfillment centers, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met. You will drive continuous improvement and cost initiatives across the transportation network, collaborating with carriers, vendors, finance, tech, and fulfillment centers. You will analyze data, identify root causes of defects, and implement standardized processes.

The position requires strong communication and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure setting. This is an opportunity to influence network efficiency and data-driven decision making at scale.

Responsabilidades Maintain tactical communication with external customers (carriers, vendors) and internal teams (finance, tech, fulfillment centers)

Extract and analyze data from multiple databases (Excel, Access, SQL) and perform ad hoc reporting

Develop and monitor key performance metrics to drive business results

Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to improve transportation efficiency

Assess business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions





Escalate information variances to the appropriate owners and drive resolutions

Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks within deadlines

Prepare and present weekly findings and variances to stakeholders

Suggest improvements to software and tools for usability and effectiveness

Requisitos principales Bachelor in business, operations, logistics or engineering

Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain or transportation

Experience leading cross-functional projects and large programs

Track record delivering results for cross-functional initiatives or process improvements with automation and analysis

Proficiency with Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables) and data tools (Access, SQL)

Experience managing multiple projects across teams in a fast-paced environment
