Overview In this role you will lead Quality & Food Safety across PepsiCo’s European beverage network, spanning 45+ bottling sites. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure GMP, HACCP, and GFSI compliance, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, and support new plants and processes. The role involves frequent international travel and close partnership with R&D;, FSQA, and Operations to safeguard product quality and food safety.

Monitor QFS KPIs, identify risks, and drive site performance improvements Oversee qualification, validation, and commissioning of new plants, lines, equipment and processes Investigate product incidents, perform root-cause analyses, and implement mitigations Extensive experience in Quality, Food Safety and Manufacturing within beverages Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA methodologies stakeholder management Food Safety Management Systems
